Description

The Mighty Marker® PM-68 DG is a heavy-duty industrial paint marker built for rugged environments. Its ketone-based, xylene-free formula delivers superior bonding on metal, glass, plastic, and rubber, engineered for factories, automotive shops, and industrial job sites.

The reversible 2.3mm double-sided bullet nib lays down quick-drying, permanent, durable marks that won't smudge when exposed to dirt, oil, coolant, grease, or industrial solvents. Waterproof, chemical, and weather resistant, marks hold up in the toughest conditions, and won't rub off even on slick, degreased surfaces.

Manufactured in the USA by Arro-Mark®, 70+ years of industrial marking craftsmanship.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the PM-68 marker work on slick, degreased, or oily surfaces?
Yes. The PM-68 Mighty Marker® DG is a ketone-based, xylene-free formula built to mark and hold on surfaces exposed to dirt, oil, grease, coolant, cutting fluid, and industrial degreasing solvents. It's built to hold even on a slick, degreased surface where a standard paint marker's mark would rub off.
How durable is the mark once it's applied, will it hold up outdoors?
Yes. PM-68 marks are permanent, quick-drying, and water and weather resistant, built to last outdoors as well as on the shop floor. The formula also resists dirt, oil, grease, coolant, cutting fluid, and industrial solvents, and it's rated for use from -50°F to 150°F.
What nib does the PM-68 ship with, and can I switch to a different one?
The PM-68 ships with a reversible 2.3mm bullet nib, flip it to expose a fresh tip when the original wears down. Three additional nibs are available separately: a reversible 4mm chisel for broader strokes, a 2.3mm/4mm dual bullet/chisel, and a 1.5mm step-down for detailed marking.
Can I get a different stroke width or color than what's shown here?
Yes. If the stroke widths and colors listed here don't match what you need, Arro-Mark® can engineer a marker to your exact spec, including custom stroke width, color, and formula. Visit our Custom Markers page to get started.
