The MM-01 Mighty Marker High Purity Capillary Marker is a new addition to the High Purity product line, developed for applications where compliance is essential. This marker is designed for regulated industries that require validated material compatibility and documented performance. High Purity Formulation and Corrosion Control - The MM-01 is lab certified and tested to be low in chlorides, halogens, and other corrosive elements, classifying it as a low corrosion marking solution. These markers are selected when corrosion risk, material integrity, and compliance standards are a concern. The controlled formulation minimizes the potential for adverse reactions on metal alloys and critical components. Compliance Documentation Included - Every purchase of the High Purity MM-01 includes a complete compliance documentation package. This package consists of a Lab Analysis, Safety Data Sheet, and a custom Certificate of Compliance addressed to the purchasing company or individual. This documentation supports traceability, audit readiness, and internal quality control requirements. Capillary Marker Design - Unlike other markers in the High Purity lineup that utilize valve action technology, the MM-01 features a capillary marker design. This allows the marker to be used immediately without shaking or priming. The fine 1.0mm bullet nib draws ink by capillary action, so it's ready to write the moment the cap comes off, no shaking, no priming. After each use, securely cap the marker to help prevent the marker from drying out. Application and Compatible Materials - The MM-01 is commonly used in the aerospace industry and meets or exceeds the requirements of GE specification #D50TF8-S7 for suitable marking on aluminum alloys, titanium alloys, stainless steel, and other metals. Due to its low halogen and low chloride formulation, the marker is designed to reduce the risk of corrosion or material degradation on metal alloys.
