The IM-63 Mighty Marker® is a low VOC, non-hazardous marker built for one job most markers can't do: mark bare, unpainted metal so the mark stays visible through a water-based primer during layout and prep. Its water-based bleed-thru ink penetrates the primer layer, so structural steel and metal fabrication layout marks remain readable while the work is in progress. A 2.3mm bullet nib with a reversible tip keeps the marker useful longer, and the valve-controlled design keeps ink flowing consistently, even if the cap is left off. When the layout marks are no longer needed, seal them with an oil-based sealant. The surface becomes completely flush, with no visible trace of the original marking, for a clean, professional finish.
